"Welcome to the 3H Community. We have created this platform as a space for healing exploration, growth, and meaningful connection. To ensure this environment remains safe, respectful, and transparent for all Seekers and Practitioners, we have established the following Terms of Service. By joining us, you agree to become a part of this shared commitment to integrity."

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 3H Community website and Holistic Healers Hub app (the "Platforms"), including any website, mobile application, community features, tools, AI systems, educational materials, or services provided by The Game Organizer Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree, you must not use the Platforms.

2. Eligibility & Age-Appropriate Participation

The 3H Community is a space designed for mature reflection and personal growth. To ensure a safe and supportive environment for all, we have established the following age guidelines:

Our Commitment to Younger Seekers: While we value the growth of all individuals, our Platforms are not designed for children under the age of 13. In alignment with international safety standards and digital privacy laws, individuals under 13 are not permitted to create an account or provide personal information. We look forward to welcoming you when you reach this milestone.
Teenager Participation (Ages 13–17): If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, we welcome you to explore the community under the guidance of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Platforms, you represent that your guardian has reviewed these terms and joins you in committing to our community standards.
Adult Members (18+): By registering, you confirm you have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction and possess the full legal capacity to participate in our community and enter into this agreement.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
All activity under your account
Providing accurate information

We are not responsible for unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to secure credentials.

4. Membership Plans & Tiers

The Platform offers distinct paths for "Seekers" and "Practitioners":

Seeker Tiers: Includes a Free Tier for community access and Paid Tiers for advanced programs, masterclasses, and a la carte content.
Practitioner Tiers: Includes participation-based memberships intended for educational contribution, community engagement, visibility, and practitioner offerings within designated areas of the Platform.
The Holistic Healers Hub App Tier: Practitioners may purchase a dedicated App within the central Holistic Healers Hub app. This is available via a monthly or annual subscription.

Billing & No-Refund Policy: All paid memberships, including monthly and annual App subscriptions, are subject to our Digital Product No-Refund Policy.

Annual Plans: Choosing the annual promotional rate constitutes a 12-month commitment. No pro-rated refunds will be issued for cancellations made before the end of the 12-month term.
Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of their term unless canceled through the account settings prior to the renewal date.

5. No Income or Results Guarantee

We provide a platform for connection, education, and community support. By using the Platforms, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

For Seekers (Results Disclaimer): We the Company and its participating Practitioners do not guarantee any specific physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual results. Experiences and outcomes shared by members or Practitioners are individual in nature and are not intended to guarantee similar experiences or results for others. Your success depends on your own background, dedication, and unique circumstances.
For Practitioners (Income Disclaimer): We do not guarantee that you will earn any income, gain a specific number of clients, or achieve any financial success by participating in the community or the Holistic Healers Hub app. Any business opportunities described are provided "as-is" without warranty.
Not Professional Advice: Content provided on the Platforms is for educational and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical, financial, or legal advice. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional regarding any health or business decisions.

6. Community Conduct

You agree not to:

Post unlawful, defamatory, obscene, abusive, or misleading content
Harass or threaten members
Engage in spam, scraping, or data harvesting
Upload malware or harmful software
Misrepresent products, services, or credentials

We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts without notice.

7. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you post.

By posting, you grant The Game Organizer Ltd. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, promote, and archive your content within the Platform.

You represent that you own or have rights to post all submitted content.

8. Intellectual Property

All Platform materials — including branding, software, AI systems, educational materials, design, and proprietary tools — are owned by The Game Organizer Ltd. or licensed to us.

You may not reproduce, resell, reverse engineer, distribute, or modify without written consent.

9. Third-Party Services & Experts

The Platform may feature third-party experts, partners, or members promoting services.

We do not endorse specific outcomes.
We are not responsible for third-party agreements.
We are not liable for disputes between members.

All transactions are independent agreements.

10. DMCA Copyright Policy

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, submit a written DMCA notice including:

Your contact information
Description of the copyrighted work
URL of infringing material
Statement of good faith belief
Statement under penalty of perjury
Your signature

11. Removal or Account Closure

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

Violations of these Terms
Non-payment
Fraudulent or harmful conduct

No refunds will be issued upon removal or account closure for violations.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Game Organizer Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, business interruption, data loss, or platform downtime.

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Game Organizer Ltd. from claims arising from your content, conduct, business activities, or violations of these Terms.

14. Mandatory Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platforms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, in accordance with the Arbitration Act (British Columbia). Each party shall bear its own costs unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator. You waive your right to a trial by jury or to proceed in court.

15. Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute shall be brought solely in your individual capacity.

You waive the right to:

Participate in a class action
Serve as a class representative
Join consolidated claims

16. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Platforms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

17. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

18. Practitioner Provisions & Marketplace Participation

3H Community is designed primarily as an educational and participation-based ecosystem. General community areas, groups, feeds, discussions, and educational spaces are intended to support learning, exploration, contribution, visibility, and relationship-building through meaningful participation.

Practitioners may share educational content, participate in discussions, host groups or events, and contribute to the community throughout the Platforms. Aggressive solicitation, spam-style promotion, misleading claims, or disruptive sales behavior within educational community areas is prohibited.

Marketplace and designated offering areas may include practitioner services, paid experiences, courses, programs, external links, and other practitioner offerings intended for intentional exploration by community members.

External Practitioner Services

Practitioners may provide links to external websites, booking systems, products, services, or payment platforms. Any transactions, services, agreements, consultations, purchases, or communications occurring outside of the Platforms are solely between the Practitioner and the Seeker.

The Company is not a party to, and assumes no responsibility or liability for, off-platform transactions, services rendered, practitioner conduct, refunds, disputes, cancellations, or third-party business activities.

Platform-Hosted Courses & Paid Educational Content

Certain Practitioner-created courses, educational programs, or paid digital learning experiences may be hosted directly within the Platforms.

In these cases, payments may be processed by The Game Organizer Ltd. through integrated payment providers such as Stripe, after which a portion of the applicable revenue may be distributed to the participating Practitioner according to separate operational agreements, payout schedules, or revenue-sharing arrangements established by the Company.

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, approve, reject, remove, or discontinue any hosted educational offering, payout structure, revenue-sharing model, or course participation feature at any time.

18A. Founding Steward Participation
Founding Steward participation reflects ongoing contribution, visibility, engagement, and meaningful involvement within the 3H Community ecosystem.
Steward recognition is not based solely on early enrollment or initial registration, but on continued participation that supports the tone, trust, educational integrity, and evolving culture of the community over time.
Founding Stewards help lead through visible participation, thoughtful contribution, educational involvement, and community engagement that encourages deeper participation throughout the ecosystem.
Stewardship is intended to recognize practitioners who consistently contribute through presence, participation, education, engagement, and relationship-building within the community.
Practitioners who discontinue meaningful participation for extended periods may continue under the standard Practitioner membership structure based on the ongoing participation expectations of the community.
The Company reserves the right to modify, pause, discontinue, or revise the Founding Steward participation model as the ecosystem evolves.
